Victory to Beatrice and all Asylumseekers

 

Six weeks ago Beatrice was campaigning in Liverpool about her situation and that of all asylum seekers with the immigrant rights campaigning group Asylum Voice – voice of the undocumented. A few days later she was arrested. Since being detained Beatrice tried to commit suicide six times and was then transferred to Orchard Hospital, Luton. But now she has been returned to Yarls Wood. Detention Centre.

 

All You need to do to help Beatrice is email or Fax a letter of support. Demand her release, stop the deportation and demand her rigth to stay

To alle undocumented migrants

 

At this moment, nothing has changed for the undocumented migrants. The new gouverment has some intentions. But at this moment only the old legislation counts. Which means that :

 

- you can’t work officially: if someone offers you a contract asking money to do so, that person is a lyer and a thief. He or she can’t give you an official job. That person abuses you and puts the money in his pocket.

 

- you can’t get regulariation now by sustainable local anchorage. The criteria don’t exist yet. Even if lawyers tell you something else, don’t believe it. It is to early to start a new file.
